This is the Privacy Policy for the Corporate Accelerator Forum website (corporateacceleratorforum.com) (“The Site”), and our related online products and services, including any CAF survey posted via a survey service (for example, SurveyMonkey).  The site is operated by the Diana Joseph Consulting, LLC dba Corporate Accelerator Forum (“CAF,” “we,” “our,” and other similar terms).

This Privacy Policy describes the information that we collect from the User (“you”) as part of the normal operation of our Site, and how we disclose and secure this information. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information.

PROCESSING PURPOSE, GROUNDS, and STORAGE PERIOD

We collect information from you when you complete a contact form, a newsletter registration, a request for a report or for industry-related information.  

Contact form
We process data provided by you in the contact form in order to fulfill your requests and answer questions, based on our legitimate interest:   contact with Customers and provision of answers to their questions.  We store this data until we have completed your requests and answered your questions. 

Providing you with newsletters, reports or other information
If you expressly consent to receive reports, newsletters or other information from us, for example via a newsletter invitation form on our Site or via a consent checkbox in a CAF survey, your data will be processed in order to provide you with that information. We store this data until you withdraw your consent.  You may withdraw your consent at any time, and you may withdraw your consent for specific information sources (for example, to receive a newsletter) while maintaining consent for other sources (for example, a report) . If you withdraw your consent, we will stop sending you information from the sources you have withdrawn consent for.

When you participate in research studies or customer satisfaction surveys.
We process your data for analytical and statistical purposes, for example, for scientific research, or for our own customer satisfaction research.  We store this data for five years after data collection is complete.  

Other grounds for processing. 
Your data may also be processed in order to pursue or defend against legal claims and fulfill legal obligations, We store such data as long as our legal obligations and regulations require.

Your submission of data in contact forms, newsletter registrations and other information offers is always voluntary.  If you choose not to share your contact information with us, the consequence is that we can’t give you what you’ve asked for or consented to.

This Site uses cookies to optimise the website experience for its users.
