2020. We've never seen anything like it. We're writing this in mid year, and we're already experiencing at least three major shifts: Pandemic, economic uncertainty, and a rising social justice movement. While we couldn't possibly have predicted the details, we certainly knew we were living in a dynamic world. We have the tools and processes to navigate these experiences and come out wiser than before. Join us! Included for CAF members.
Welcome to the New World, 101, brings a cohort of innovators through a curated set of investigation processes. You'll finish this seven-session program with a clear plan of attack, including a communication model for your colleagues who may not share your comfort with risk. Each 2 hour workshop is hands-on, and the full series is provides stepping stones to innovators in the current uncertainty. The program runs bi-weekly starting in July, register here!
Sessions include:
*Long-Term Thinking in a Pandemic-Changed World (previously recorded)
Sean Ness of the Institute for the Future peeks around the corner at what might be coming. Exercise your forecasting muscles before you start digging into your own future.
*Reading Signals, Writing Consequences
This forecasting and scenario planning workshop uses the lessons and tools learned in Long-Term Thinking (see above), applied directly to the signals you see in your organization and industry. Outcome: the Working Group's perspective on the most likely outcomes from signals in your particular space.

*The Experiment Series
